Maple Bloom Farm / Turnips (Summer/Winter)

My grandmother has always simply boiled turnips and mashed them to a pudding texture to serve on the side of a big family dinner, which is especially nice around the holidays (see Mashed Turnips under Wabi-Sabi's recipes below). Some of our customers have also said that they just slice up their turnip into sticks and fry them with oil and salt for a few minutes. Add your own spices as you see fit!
